POWER SMOOTHIE WITH ACAI BERRY

What could be better than starting the day with an energizing smoothie! Fruity, rich – like fresh marmalade! And this wonderful fruit acai berry not only gives an even more intense aroma, but has a heap of benefits – in addition to suppressing the appetite, it causes a boost of energy – no need for coffee! It is also a great antioxidant and detoxifier, has high fiber content and a lot of vitamin C!

Ingredients:

150 g plums /fresh, frozen or dried/

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp acai berry powder

How to make:

  1. If the plums are dried, soak them for a while in water, and then drain them.
  2. Grind all the products in a blender into a creamy smooth mixture.
  3. Enjoy it!
