Ingredients for about 25 cookies:

130 g oat flakes

100 g raw almonds

30 ml maple syrup

100 g sesame tahini

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 persimmons

50 g raisins

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp baking soda /optional/

How to make:

  1. Grind the oat flakes and almonds into flour.
  2. Mix the ground nuts with the cinnamon, the baking soda and the raisins in a bowl.
  3. Grind the persimmons with maple syrup, the tahini and the coconut oil.
  4. Put the mixture into the bowl and mix well.
  5. Make cookies with wet hands and place them on baking paper.
  6. Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes.

/If you like them more crunchy and toasted, let them bake for a few more minutes/
