ALMOND COOKIES
Ingredients for about 25 cookies:
130 g oat flakes
100 g raw almonds
30 ml maple syrup
100 g sesame tahini
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 persimmons
50 g raisins
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking soda /optional/
How to make:
- Grind the oat flakes and almonds into flour.
- Mix the ground nuts with the cinnamon, the baking soda and the raisins in a bowl.
- Grind the persimmons with maple syrup, the tahini and the coconut oil.
- Put the mixture into the bowl and mix well.
- Make cookies with wet hands and place them on baking paper.
- Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
/If you like them more crunchy and toasted, let them bake for a few more minutes/
